Booking & Payment

How do I book a transfer?

Simply enter your pickup address, destination, and number of passengers in our booking widget. You will immediately receive a price quote and can book directly online.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is made securely via our payment partner.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive your booking confirmation immediately by email after completing the booking.

Service & Execution

Are there additional costs for luggage?

No, normal travel luggage is included in the price. Only special oversized luggage (e.g., surfboards) should be specified when booking.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, small pets in transport boxes are welcome. Please inform us when booking so we can take this into account.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available on request. Please specify the number and type (baby seat, child seat, booster) when booking.

Flight Delays & Changes

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our system automatically monitors your flight and adjusts the pickup time. Delays up to 4 hours are included in the price at no extra cost.

Can I change the booking?

Yes, changes are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please contact our customer service.

What are the cancellation terms?

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before pickup. For later cancellations, cancellation fees apply. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, the price you see when booking is the final price. No hidden costs, no surcharges.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not mandatory but always appreciated if you are satisfied with the service.
